Fibronectin
Fibronectin (Fn) is a high molecular weight glycoprotein in extracellular matrix. It consists of two subunits crosslinked by c-terminal disulfide bonds. Each subunit has a molecular weight of 220~250kDa, and each subunit is composed of
multiple functional domains. It can bind to fibronectin, heparin, collagen, DNA and cell surface receptors. It mainly exists in three forms, namely plasma fibronectin produced by hepatocytes or endothelial cells, cytofibronectin
secreted and synthesized by fibroblasts and early mesenchymal cells, and fetal fibronectin in placental and amniotic tissues. FN has the functions of moisturizing, freckle removing, sun protection, post-sun repair, anti-aging, wrinkle
